We owe everything to our Mission friends

Each time I visit one of my Missions, I’m reminded of how much I owe to our generous Mission friends.

When I see hungry children being fed, sewing groups flourishing, catechism classes full, food gardens growing, and so much more happening, my gratitude overflows.

My activities as a church leader are many and varied – from simply saying Mass, to being called to Rome. But amongst them, my communications with supporters all over the world are particularly precious.

Each time I say ‘please’ in asking for support, I know that my request won’t fall on hard hearts. And each time I say ‘thank you’ for the gifts you send, I feel especially privileged to know you, and have your partnership on the Missions.

The sense of sharing is very real. Thank you.
